IOTA 300 Preparative pump
IOTA 300 is unit with two pump pistons connected in parallel. Flow-rates range is from 1 to 300 ml/min. and maximum operating pressure of 6.89 MPa. or 5.00 MPa (depend on flow rate).
The pump is designed as OEM built-in unit.
A controlling board is assembled on the pump back part which makes the installation easy. It is necessary to connect only power and control and it is ready to work.
The pump can be used in preparative or flash chromatography but also for solvent pressurizing by samples extractions.
There is a possibility to use this pump even at high pressure gradient mode, where are two, three or four units controlled from PC using RS232 or voltage.
When working with buffered solvents, it is possible to use pistons back washing.
The unit is equipped with the following:
- Constant pressure or Constant flow rate operating modes
- Pressure, Flow-rate or Capacity/Volume limits
- Back-flushing of pistons
- Control by keypad and display, voltage or RS232 (Keypad and display module is optional part of accessories)
