Outlet ASI check valve
The basis of a check valve of ASI company are a precise ball and a seat located in casing of KEL-F material with reinforcement of stainless steel. By stream of liquid the ball is pressed down to the seat and thus it seals.
With respect to high pressures in the pump any minute impurity stuck on the surface of the ball or the seat causes pressure fluctuation, or the pump fails to start at all, therefore it is necessary to filtrate used liquid.
You can clean up the check valve using maximum pump flow rate (PURGE) by opened by-pass valve, or after removing to wash them in to ultrasonic bath. By check valve assembling has to be the arrow direction up.
Delivery valve has a stainless steel frit on the inlet. This frit protect system against impurities (e.g. particles from seals) from working part of pump. This frit could be plugged and it need mechanical cleaning.
