add 1 instrument to Clarity

Adds one more instrument to Clarity. One intrument represents next one independent chromatograph that is connected to the same PC. More that one signal (e.g. Absorbance from detector) may be connected to the one instrument. All signals, that is connected to the same instrument, sharing same common timebase.
