With a flow rate of 0.05 – 50 ml/min and limit of pressure at 30 MPa is this pump suited for semipreparative applications in liquid chromatography. Due to its very stable run at low flow rates it is possible to use the pump also for analytical applications. It is desighned with two pump heads connected in parallel with piston diameter of 3/8“.
There are new improvements in piston suspension, which has new plastic slide bearing and its exchange is now easier. Bypass valve has been also improved for better and easier handling.
Innovated electronics includes several protecting and diagnostic elements thus potential operational problems are signalized by error message.
Intuitive operating using simple keypad allows easy selectable functions as follows:
- flow rate setting
- maximal flow rate - PURGE (for priming and washing)
- high pressure limit
- pressure unit (PSI, MPa or bar)
- control mode (RS 232 or voltage)
- display brightness
There is a possibility to use this pump even at high pressure gradient mode, where are two, three or four units controlled from PC using RS232 or voltage.
When working with buffered solvents, it is possible to use pistons back washing.
