The pump has two pistons connected in parallel, with a diameter of 3/8”. It is suited for preparative liquid chromatography, where high pressure is needed, etc. The advantage of this pump is a very stable run even at low flow rates. Also available in configurations made of certified bio-inert materials.
This pump is designed as an OEM unit.
There is a possibility to use this pump in a high-pressure gradient mode, where two, three, or four units are controlled via PC using RS232.
If needed, it is possible to use a backwash of the pistons (e.g. when using a buffered mobile phase).
The pump is supported by ECOMAC and Clarity software.
All pumps are delivered with GFP (PTFE) seals by default, optimal recommended seals are UHMW-PE seals (ask for more information).

This pump is equipped with the Pressure Compensation Learning Algorithm. Thanks to this smart adaptive process, the pump regulates the rotation speed of the camshaft and measures its impact on pressure pulsation to minimize output pulsation. The algorithm, due to its adaptive capacity, is applicable for many combinations of pump working conditions (solvents, columns, etc.).
