Swagelok-connected Flow Cells are used for analyzing and monitoring the absorbance of liquids passing through the cell, where UV light is led from the detector and back using SMA 905 optical cables. 


Pressure and temperature resistance: The cell is designed to withstand a maximum operating pressure of 30 MPa (4351 PSI). Moreover, it can withstand high operating temperatures up to +160 °C (320 °F).


Optical path length:  Different optical path lengths are available: from 0.05 mm to 2; 4; 5- and 10 mm according cell size.

Quality of the surface:
The wetted surfaces of the cell are characterized by their high-grade surface quality, with a surface finish under Ra 0.4On request, the flow cell can be electro polished or passivated.

Wetted Materials: are a 316L stainless steel body, a sapphire window, and an inner plug made from PEEK. On request, the flow cell's body can be provided from Hastelloy.
