It is an OEM UV detector with SMA 905 connectors enabling the use of an external cell connected by optical cables. It is intended
to be used in preparative and flash chromatography with diode array (DAD) in the range of 190–800 nm.
Multiple wavelengths or the scan are used in liquid chromatography to verify the purity of samples being analyzed or in situations when some peaks absorb at different wavelengths.
The unit is supplied with an AMY17 PCB board. It powers the lamps and controls the unit. It has a lot of new functions including higher speed sampling. The unit is equipped with an RS232 communication port.
